Send & Return procedure

  • Netherlands
    • Free shipping throughout the Netherlands on orders from €100 *
    • We charge a small surcharge for products with sizes between 120cm and 180cm.
    • We charge an extra surcharge for boards with dimensions exceeding 180cm.
  • Europe
    • We ship all over Europe. To find out your shipping rate you can calculate the cost after you have added your product(s) to your shipping cart.
    • VAT: Since the first of July 2021 we charge VAT from the country of which the order originates from.
  • World
    On special request we do ship all over the world.
    Outside the EU you don’t pay Dutch VAT (21%) but you do have to pay for customs and possibly the VAT from your own country on entry.
  • In stock
    Orders are delivered as soon as possible. Wingsurfer applies a delivery period of 1 to 2 working days after receipt of payment. This delivery period can only be adhered to provided the ordered goods are in stock. We aim to deliver 90% of received orders within 1 working day. In the event of an expected delay in delivery, for whatever reason, Wingsurfer will notify you immediately.
  • Available from supplier
    • In stock at the supplier: We will order the product. If it is in stock, we can usually ship it after a few days. Please always contact us first so we can check the current stock.
    • Out of stock at the supplier. Given the current delivery issues, it is advisable to contact us first. It is possible that a product will not be available again for many months. We can check this for you first.

The place of delivery is the address most recently provided to the company, unless otherwise agreed. This means that orders are delivered during the day. If you are not at home, you will find a form in your mailbox indicating the next delivery date. If you are not at home at that time either, the order can be collected from the nearest depot or post office.

Returning a new product:

You have a statutory cooling-off period of 14 calendar days. Within this period, you can inform us that you wish to cancel the purchase. The purchase amount will be refunded after the product has actually been received back. All transport costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return procedure:

  • Inquire in advance within 14 days of purchase via email info@wingsurfer.nl
  • artikelen moeten ongebruikt en onbeschadigd zijn.
  • securely packed to rule out transport damage.
  • You organize the return shipment yourself; you choose the carrier yourself.
  • The refund will be processed after receipt of the goods, within 14 days.
