With a Foil Drive you can turn any foil setup into an electrically powered ‘foil assist’. With the launch of the new generation of Foildrives, you will hardly notice that you have installed foil assist. The new gen2 system is unique, ingenious and compact. The battery pack is attached between the board and your foil. Exactly where it is least in the way. The motor is mounted on the mast and these are connected to each other by means of: of a special cable. If you need power from your assist, you can control it with your hand via an included controller.
A Foil Drive is suitable for every Foil discipline and makes it easier to learn it, or to push your boundaries:
- Wingfoil – Just too little wind is no longer a problem
- DownWind foil – Combined with the Foil Drive, a small prone board is sufficient
- Prone foil – Just that extra push to get (and stay) on the foil
- SUPfoil – Just that extra push to get (and stay) on the foil
- Wake foil – No need for a boat anymore, catch that wave from another boat
- Flat water – Use as an e-foil or pump flat water with a large foil
