AXIS Foils PRO – Ultra High Modulus Carbon Mast Foil Mast has been launched. With the launch of increasingly higher aspect ratio front wings, this means that more and more forces are placed on the mast, making it more likely to bend and twist. Although AXIS had the stiffest mast on the market with the 19mm aluminum mast, it was time to develop even stiffer masts in the carbon variant in the form of the Modules Power Carbon masts. Now a PRO version has been added, the Ultra High Modules Carbon mast.
The mast has become even thinner, with a thickness of 13.5mm in the lower part. Where the chord section has also become 12.5mm narrower. This makes the mast much faster!

AXIS PRO – Ultra High Modules Carbon Masts.
Affectionately named the ‘dogleg’ by the test team, the PRO – Ultra High Modulus Carbon is quite a departure from the industry’s more conventional masts.
Building on the impressive performance and stiffness of our existing Carbon mast program, the PRO – Ultra High Modulus Carbon boasts an unbelievable 55% increase in stiffness and incredible torsional rigidity as compared to our industry-standard 19mm Alloy mast. (By comparison, our Power Carbon and Power Carbon High Modulus are 25% and 35% stiffer respectively)
Not just stiffer, but thinner and narrower, with a 12.5mm reduction in chord in the bottom half of the mast (compared to power carbon masts), and a 1.5mm reduction in thickness (13.5mm thickness in the bottom section of the mast where it counts).
Another factor that sets this mast apart from the rest, is its radical new and unconventional foil section. It’s quite a departure from conventional foil sections that have a tendency to become ‘locked In’ as speed increases. Our exclusive PRO Mast foil section has its widest point moved back on the mast, allowing freer turning at any speed. Our modelling predicted 20% less drag, but didn’t prepare us for its slippery willingness to go fast and turn like nothing we’ve experienced.
As the name implies the PRO – Ultra High Modulus Carbon is constructed from military grade ultra-high modulus materials, which, while they raise the cost of production, do provide the ultimate ride.
The PRO – Ultra High Modulus Carbon ships in a custom high-quality protective mast bag and is completely compatible with all our products.

Free delivery to EU countries on orders from €100 to €449 and above. * Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country.

Shipping international
We ship worldwide, including to Switzerland, Norway, Dubai, the USA, and Australia. Please note that large items like boards cannot be shipped, and some items are available on request only.
Orders shipped outside the EU are exempt from 21% Dutch VAT. However, local customs fees and import VAT may apply.
Ships within 24 hours
Orders placed before 15:00 on business days are shipped the same day whenever possible. Otherwise, shipment will take place within 24 hours.
In stock in external warehouse
We don’t have this product in stock ourselves, but our supplier does. The product will be shipped directly from the supplier to your address. Your product may take a little longer to arrive.

Returns
